ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in central California and grew up just loving being outside. Both of my parents were always involved with bands and choirs which helped instill a love for music within me. I sung, played piano and trumpet but it wasn’t until the age of 16, when Rock’N’Roll entered my life and I picked up my first guitar, that I became truly engrossed in the world of music.

Life moved on. I joined the Navy, came down to San Diego, met a nice girl and went to SDSU for Mechanical Engineering. It was then thanks to Garth Brooks (and others) who I listened to on repeat when rebuilding my VW van motor during a San Diego summer, that my love for Rock’N’Roll slowly turned into what is now a lifelong love of Country Music.

In more recent years listening has not been enough. I’ve played in several bands and with my current band, ‘The Horseshoe Lucky Band’, we average around 70 shows per year.

Although I am fortunate to work with very talented and experienced band members, and I enjoy playing out; in local bars, Elks lodges and clubs, some part of me yearns for more. So, I am now pursuing my solo music career and my dream of singing at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville.

My mission is entitled “The Road to the Opry” and I would love you all to join me on this crazy ride. I’ll see you at the show!
